Make sure you select your preferred space size. If a space is out of stock, we no longer have that size available.

Please note that The Bernice Garden is a unique outdoor venue. Your space may have a unique feature, like a sculpture or wooden pillar, to incorporate. Please keep this in mind and be flexible with your setup.

If you require access to electricity, please email the organizers as soon as you reserve you space. For evening events, we recommend bringing additional battery powered lighting.

Due to the nature of this unique outdoor space, we ask that our vendors come prepared to protect their goods from the elements: for example, bringing an umbrella for shade or a cooler to keep temperature sensitive goods cold. We do our best to accommodate requests, however, we can not control the weather/sun.

*Reminder* The booth space are unfurnished. You are responsible for your own tables, chairs, and or tents etc.
