SADCo. started as a dream, not a real lofty one, but one of those that you can’t really get out of your head. SADCo. was going to be a place that was truly different, not your normal restaurant, because it was a reflection of a not so normal place, Alaska.
Alaska is up there in the “Great White North” on its own. Nothing is surrounding it (But Canada), so it doesn’t really take its cues from anyone, it’s its own animal. That is sort of what SADCo. is, it’s its own animal.
We serve one thing, pel’meni. No we don’t have another menu lying around somewhere, we just have dumplings, and we are pretty proud of that. We sell only one dish, because we know what we know and we don’t pretend to know much else. Beef or Chicken Pel’Meni and Potato Pierogies are the options and they are all delicious (we are a little biased).
